Ash Sarin graduated from Boston University in 1996 and has devoted his entire professional career exclusively to real estate appraisal. He is a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, FHA Approved, and has earned appointment to the prestigious Part 36 List of the Chief Judge—an exclusive court-approved panel reserved for approximately 1% of New York's Certified Real Estate Appraisers.

Each appraisal report includes Ash's Fiduciary ID Number, documenting his court-approved status and providing an additional level of credibility, transparency, and confidence.
